Roles and Responsibilites

  • Own the end-to-end financial strategy of the organisation - spanning long-range planning, budgeting, capital structure, and profitability improvement - as a close strategic partner to the leadership team and board
  • Drive SaaS business model excellence by owning recurring revenue metrics, pricing strategy, and GTM-finance alignment to improve unit economics and revenue quality
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives including automation, process efficiency, and working capital optimisation to build a scalable finance function fit for significant growth
  • Manage investor relations, governance, and compliance frameworks, with hands-on experience navigating capital markets, fundraising, and M&A transactions end-to-end

Skills and qualifications

  • CA or Tier 1 MBA with 15 + years of experience
  • Prior experience in high growth SaaS/Tech/listed business
  • Proven experience in M&A , PE fund raise and Investor Relations
  • Experience in listed or PE-backed companies; public-market readiness is a strong advantage
  • Track record of driving finance modernization through AI, automation, and technology
