About the Company

Roles and Responsibilites

1. Lead and own the P&L for the business, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. 2. Build and lead high-performance teams across sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success to achieve business goals. 3. Drive developer and financial partnerships to strengthen inventory pipelines and financing solutions for customers. 4. Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to improve digital experience and advisory tools. 5. Identify and explore new business models and monetization opportunities aligned with long-term strategic goals.

Skills and qualifications

1. Tier 1 MBA is mandatory - IIM/ISB/FMS/NMIMS/SIBM/XLRI 2. 7 to 15 years of experience in building and scaling consumer-facing businesses across real estate, fintech, proptech, e-commerce, wealth management, or premium retail sectors. 3. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing teams. 4. Strong understanding of digital platforms, marketplaces, and customer-centric business models. 5. Experience in forging and managing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders. 6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and innovation.
