Our recruitment and executive search services, and our relationship with clients and candidates, are additionally governed by separate engagement letters, service agreements or candidate terms that may be provided to you by one of our consultants. In the event of any conflict between such an agreement and these Terms, the specific agreement shall prevail in relation to the subject matter it covers.

We may amend, update or modify these Terms at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Website following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Lagrange Point International Private Limited (“Lagrange Point”) is a recruitment consultancy engaged in providing executive search, permanent staffing, contract staffing and related talent-advisory services to clients across various industries in India. References to "Lagrange Point", "we", "us" or "our" include Lagrange Point International Private Limited, its affiliates, group companies, directors, employees and authorised representatives, unless the context requires otherwise.

Lagrange Point acts solely as an intermediary between employers and candidates unless expressly agreed otherwise through a separate written engagement.

2. Use of the Website

The Website is provided to enable candidates to search and apply for job opportunities, to enable clients and employers to access our recruitment services, and to provide general information about Lagrange Point and its services. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and any applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Website, or any service accessible through it, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Website, or any part of it, at any time without liability to you.

3. Eligibility

• We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate your account, at our reasonable discretion, if we believe these Terms have been breached, if your account has been misused, or if there has been (or is likely to be) a breach of security.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated job alerts at any time by writing to us at the contact details provided below.

Suspension or cancellation of your account shall not affect either party's accrued statutory rights or liabilities.

5. Job Applications and Candidate Submissions

When you submit a resume, apply for a position, or otherwise provide candidate information through the Website, you consent to Lagrange Point processing and sharing such information with prospective employers/clients for the purpose of assessing your suitability for relevant opportunities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Lagrange Point does not guarantee that any job opportunity, vacancy, assignment or engagement listed on the Website is currently available, that any employer will interview, shortlist or hire you, or that any candidate profile will meet a client's requirements. All recruitment outcomes remain at the sole discretion of the relevant employer/client.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any information, document or material you submit (including your resume) is accurate, truthful, and does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.

Digital Communications and Electronic Consent

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Waiver
