About the Company

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead a global software organization specializing in financial technology products. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business leader with a strong engineering background and proven success in managing large-scale product development and business P&Ls.

Roles and Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities: -Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive business growth and profitability. -Oversee global product development and innovation, ensuring alignment with market and customer needs. -Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across geographies. -Foster a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Strengthen customer and partner relationships to expand global reach and market share.

Skills and qualifications

Ideal profile: -20+ years of experience in enterprise software or IT services, particularly in financial services technology. -Strong track record of P&L ownership and scaling business operations. -Engineering background with deep understanding of software product development. -Leadership experience in large scale services/product companies preferably with financial services solutioning.
