About the Company
Roles and Responsibilites
1. Cluster Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute supply chain strategy across the cluster.
Plan capacity, allocate budgets, and design optimal distribution models.
2. Operations Planning & Execution:
Lead the S&OP process; develop and review production and supply plans.
Monitor execution and make adjustments to meet service level goals.
3. Manufacturing Operations Oversight:
Monitor plant performance against targets; ensure adherence to cost, quality, and productivity metrics.
Drive maintenance planning, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
4. Logistics & Distribution Management:
Support development of logistics strategy for the cluster.
Oversee infrastructure, delivery performance, and service to internal commercial teams.
5. Project & Initiative Management:
Lead implementation of corporate initiatives on quality, environment, and sustainability.
Monitor progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.
6. Regulatory Compliance & CSR:
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms.
Support community engagement and CSR initiatives within the cluster.
7. People Development:
Manage recruitment, training, and performance of the regional supply chain team.
Build talent pipeline and succession plans for critical roles.
Skills and qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering; MBA is a plus
Experience: 15–20 years in manufacturing supply chain, including leadership of multi-site operations
