Roles and Responsibilites

  1. Operational Strategy: Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in all exclusive and franchise stores for the brand across the country.
  2. Restaurant Operations: Managing restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, inventory management, and store maintenance.
  3. Supply Chain Management: Ensuring efficient supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  4. Team Management: Leading and developing high-performing teams, including restaurant staff, operations managers, and support functions.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Revenue: Monitor, analyze, and improve sales of each outlet and look at EBIDTA as an output metric hence improving upon factors like cost efficiency and looking at improving sales and improving customer outflow.
  7. Quality Control: Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand standards
  8. Innovation: Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in operations, technology, and customer experience.

Skills and qualifications

1) 12-20 years of experience leading operations in QSR, Restaurants, or allied F&B Industries

2) Have extensive experience in leading operations in the West/South Region of India

3) Master's degree in sales & marketing and hospitality preferred

4) Current/preferred location to be Mumbai
