About the Company

Our client is an early stage growing fintech startup, backed by marquee investors, with a mission to transform the digital lending space in India. They are a tech-enabled platform that offer personalized lending solutions.

Roles and Responsibilites

1. Lead the collections strategy, driving efficiency and optimizing recovery rates. 2. Integrate AI-driven solutions for personalized customer engagement and automation. 3. Build and implement SOPs to ensure scalable and efficient collections processes. 4. Drive a digital-first collections approach using data analytics and automation. 5. Manage and scale the collections team, fostering a high-performance culture. 6. Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk across collections processes.

Skills and qualifications

1. MBA from IIM, FMS, ISB, or similar top-tier business schools. 2. 10-15 years in collections or operations, with experience in banks, NBFCs, or fintechs. 3. Proven experience in digital collections, leveraging AI and automation. 4. Ability to scale collections processes in startup environments. 5. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on execution and collaboration.
