About the Company

Roles and Responsibilites

- Set up and lead the L&D function across leadership, corporate, frontline(including kitchens) level - Design and implement functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs - Drive talent development, succession planning, and internal capability building - Align L&D initiatives with business needs in close partnership with CXOs - Build a lean L&D team, manage external partners, and scale delivery through digital platforms

Skills and qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in end-to-end L&D and training across levels - Strong exposure to capability building in hospitality, catering, QSR or other B2B service sectors - Hands-on experience in both classroom and digital learning strategies - Proven ability to work with CXO leadership and build teams from scratch - Agile, outcome-driven, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
