Roles and Responsibilites

-Responsible for preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts in coordination with business unit heads

-Deliver regular financial performance reports and dashboards to executive leadership

-Develop and maintain comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to support executive-level decisions

-Lead initiatives to automate repetitive finance processes using tools such as Excel macros, Power BI, or ERP-based automation

Skills and qualifications

-CA/ICWA with 12+ years experience

-Strong experience leading FP&A in IT/ITES industry

-Hands-on experience with MIS reporting tools and ERP systems

-Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving capabilities
