About the Company

Roles and Responsibilites

-Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple geographies. -Lead and manage all aspects of legal operations including contracts, IP, litigation, M&A, labor laws, and corporate governance. -Ensure robust compliance with global and domestic regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, employment laws, export controls, etc.). -Partner with senior leadership and business units to structure deals, manage risk, and support commercial initiatives. -Oversee entity management, board matters, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. -Interface with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and international partners as required.

Skills and qualifications

-Law degree from a recognized institution; qualification as a Company Secretary is a strong plus. -13–20 years of legal experience, including significant exposure to global operations, preferably within IT/ITeS, technology services, or digital businesses. -Deep understanding of corporate structuring, cross-border legal frameworks, compliance programs, and enterprise risk. -Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, global environment with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
