With a focus on early-stage investing and venture building, the firm supports transformative founders working across biotech, healthcare, agri-tech, sustainability, and other deeptech verticals. Beyond capital, it runs accelerator programs and offers strategic support to co-build companies solving real-world challenges and advancing human well-being through cutting-edge innovation.

· Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and evaluate promising early-stage startups in sectors like biotech, healthcare, and deeptech. · Due Diligence & Investment Analysis: Conduct market research, financial modeling, and technical diligence in collaboration with domain experts. · Portfolio Support: Work closely with founders to support strategic planning, milestone development, customer acquisition, and fundraising. · Ecosystem Building: Represent the firm at startup events, build partnerships with universities, incubators, and co-investors across borders. · Fund Operations & Reporting: Support internal processes including deal documentation, investment memos, LP reporting, and pipeline tracking.

· 7–10 years of work experience as a venture backed founder in Biotech , healthcare related startups and/ or venture capital. · Sectoral expertise or domain knowledge in any of these areas or more- Biotech (non-drug discovery), MedTech, diagnostics, synthetic biology, health AI, biomanufacturing and/ or broader fields. · Strong understanding of early-stage fundraising, hiring and scaling. · Sectoral expertise or domain knowledge in biotech, medtech, diagnostics, or life sciences. · Experience as a founder or core team member at an early-stage startup · Familiarity with cross-border markets or investment ecosystems · Prior experience in VC fund operations or fund structuring · Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. · Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
