About the Company
Roles and Responsibilites
1. Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategy: Develop a comprehensive maintenance strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives and implement it across all plants. 
2. Maintenance Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance operations across all plants, ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. 
3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise. 
4. Reliability and Performance Improvement: Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) practices to improve plant reliability and performance. 
5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards. 
6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and optimized. 
7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, engineering, and procurement, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with organizational goals. 
8. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance planning and scheduling processes to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. 
9. Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset performance and extend asset life. 
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to improve maintenance efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.
Skills and qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
