Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead growth strategy and execution across key categories (retail, mobility, F&B, logistics), driving adoption and network expansion at scale
- Build and manage ecosystem partnerships with platforms, enterprises, startups, and government stakeholders
- Own P&L-like accountability for demand-supply balancing, market development, and category penetration
- Work cross-functionally with product, policy, and tech teams to shape scalable, inclusive business models
Represent the network in external forums, driving evangelism, stakeholder alignment, and national-level impact
Skills and qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in scaling businesses across digital commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or ecosystem-led models
- Proven ability to drive growth, manage cross-functional teams, and build large-scale partnerships across public and private sectors
- Strong strategic and executional mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity, policy environments, and multi-stakeholder ecosystems
