Roles and Responsibilites
As the Sales Leader, you will work closely with the global leadership team to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and deepen customer relationships. This is a high-impact role with ownership of the sales strategy, execution, and team performance. You will lead enterprise and mid-market sales, foster strategic partnerships, and position the India business as a key contributor to global growth.
- Define and execute the sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.
- Lead and grow the sales organization across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Own and deliver on revenue targets, driving consistent and sustainable growth.
- Build and mentor high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Develop and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure market needs are met.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive go-to-market initiatives.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in sales leadership roles within high-growth tech environments (preferably AI, SaaS, MarTech, or digital platforms)
- Proven success in exceeding revenue targets, building and scaling high-performing sales teams, and expanding market share
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales, enterprise selling, and GTM strategy execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Ability to establish and grow CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients and key partners
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams to align on business objectives
- Top-tier academic background (from premier Indian or global institutions) is an advantage
