Roles and Responsibilites

- Lead People Strategy that drives mission alignment and organizational growth. - Build and Champion Culture that reflects our values and empowers teams. - Design Scalable HR Systems to support sustainable, people-centered expansion. - Drive Talent Development through learning, leadership, and performance. - Integrate Business and Social Impact by embedding purpose into people practices.

Skills and qualifications

- MBA with 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years in high-growth startups - Demonstrated success in 0→1 journey and scaling from early to growth stages - Built and scaled agile, high-impact HR functions from the ground up - Purpose-driven leader with a strong focus on culture, scalability, and strategic people leadership
