With a focus on consultative enterprise sales and AI-driven transformation, they are scaling India presence and building out a high-impact leadership team.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Own the India sales strategy and revenue charter, reporting into regional/global leadership.
- Drive enterprise client acquisition across CPG, retail, BFSI, automotive, and industrial verticals.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team; instill a culture of accountability and growth.
- Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships, positioning integrated data + AI + commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to design tailored GTM approaches.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise deal cycles, from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
Skills and qualifications
- 12–15 years in enterprise/solution sales within SaaS, analytics, martech, or consulting.
- Proven record of closing large deals and scaling revenue in CPG, automotive, or industrial verticals.
- Strong CXO network; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
- Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, in global/matrix environments.
