Purpose of the Role: - Develop and implement the client’s IT Strategy, covering IT Vision, Applications, Digitalization, e-Business, Security, Governance, and resources. - Enable business functions by exploring emerging technologies to address pain points and create competitive advantage. - Oversee IT service delivery and project management through in-house and outsourced teams. - Manage IT budgets, teams, and external service providers. Key Accountabilities: - Manage IT resources, including policies, infrastructure, applications, team, and security. - Align IT objectives with business goals to deliver digital-enabled solutions at agreed service levels. - Plan and manage IT budgets and ensure compliance. Detailed Responsibilities: - Strategy Development & Implementation: Formulate and execute enterprise-wide IT strategy; establish IT policies, processes, and standards; manage dashboards, vendor relationships, and communications. - Explore Solutions & New Technology: Architect solutions per business requirements; foster innovation; conduct security evaluations; mitigate risks. - IT Service Delivery: Define service SLAs; manage hardware/software upgrades, audits, compliance, capacity planning, vendor relations, and continuous service improvement. - IT Budget & Spend: Create and control annual operating plan; govern deviations and costs. People Management: Lead IT team and vendors; focus on talent development, training, and efficiency. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously; ensure documentation, ROI analysis, governance, and vendor engagement. Stakeholder Engagement: - Internal: Functional heads, IT staff, project teams, enabling functions, and business users. - External: Solution partners, vendors, consultants, and industry forums.

Education (Essential): - BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / MCA. - Project Management Certification (PMP / ITIL / Prince 2). Education (Desirable): - MBA from a reputed university. - Advanced software certifications. Experience: - 8–10 years in core IT with project management exposure in a manufacturing setup. - Specialized in digitalization, transformation, and new-age technologies (Cloud, RPA, AI, Intelligent Analytics, Blockchain, Cloud Computing).
