About the Company

Leading NBFC (backed by one of India’s most trusted banking institution) that has been at the forefront of Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance & SME lending. They’re looking to onboard a senior leader to drive their treasury vertical.

Roles and Responsibilites

Drive Strategic Fundraising: Spearhead the planning and execution of short- and long-term funding strategies, ensuring optimal capital availability to fuel business growth. Orchestrate Liquidity & Cash Flow: Take charge of end-to-end liquidity management, ensuring seamless fund transfers (RTGS/NEFT/internal) and maintaining financial agility across the organization. Deliver Insightful Intelligence: Go beyond numbers—create sharp, actionable MIS and analytics that empower management with forward-looking insights for key decision-making. Optimize Returns & Minimize Costs: Unlock value by maximizing returns from investments and forex operations while consistently reducing the cost of funds through innovative structuring. Ensure Compliance Leadership: Safeguard the organization’s interests by proactively managing regulatory permissions (AD license, overseas limits, etc.) and ensuring 100% adherence to RBI/SEBI guidelines. Steer Forex Excellence: Lead forex operations including hedging, open position management, settlements, and reconciliations—mitigating risks while capturing opportunities in a dynamic market. Investment Strategy & Execution: Deploy surplus cash into mutual funds/banking instruments to generate superior risk-adjusted returns, ensuring prudent liquidity buffers. Market Intelligence Hub: Track, analyze, and circulate global and domestic economic/market trends (macro & micro) to provide a strategic edge to business leaders. Champion Treasury Operations: Oversee timely settlement of treasury bills, bond interest payments, and all treasury-related transactions with precision and accountability.

Skills and qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong academic foundation – MBA (Finance/Marketing), CA, Master’s in Commerce, or higher relevant qualification. Bringing 4-7 years of proven expertise in Treasury, Dealing Room, Fund-Raising, or Liability Management, preferably within NBFCs/financial institutions.
