About the Company

The company is a leading startup in its space and is been looking to expand.

Roles and Responsibilites

Lead timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures under Ind AS/Indian GAAP.

Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and tax (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Manage investor and management reporting – MIS, dashboards, profitability, and working capital.

Drive receivables and payables management to strengthen cash flow cycles.

Establish strong internal controls, prevent revenue leakages, and ensure cost optimization.

Partner with business leaders, banks, and external stakeholders for fund management.

Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, while driving automation and process improvements.

Skills and qualifications

CA with 10+ years of finance experience also having experience with Consumer tech companies

Proven expertise in controllership, investor reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.

Strong ERP knowledge, financial modeling skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.
