About the Company

Our client is a leading technology company with market leading position in their segment. As a part of their growth journey, they are looking at a seasoned HR leader to work closely with leadership team and drive the people agenda as a CHRO.

Roles and Responsibilites

The CHRO will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company’s human capital strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans. - Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. - Foster a high-performance culture through effective performance management systems. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. - Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. - Design and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees. - Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. - Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people matters.

Skills and qualifications

- MBA from Tier 1 institute with 15+ years experience is a must. - Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR leader in a mid-sized technology or IT company. - Strong understanding of HR technologies and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
