About the Company

Our client is a well-established consumer retail brand with PAN India presence in the food & beverage sector.

Roles and Responsibilites

- Own the QSR & cafe business end-to-end, with responsibility for revenues, profitability, and operational excellence. - Lead PAN India operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and consistency of experience. - Design and execute growth strategies including new market entry and International expansion. - Build, mentor, and inspire large teams across operations, supply chain, and customer experience. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance teams to enhance brand engagement and loyalty. - Optimize cost structures and vendor partnerships to improve margins and operational efficiency. - Partner with the board and senior stakeholders to define and execute the long-term vision for the F&B business

Skills and qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in CXO position in consumer-facing businesses with strong exposure to retail, QSR, F&B, or hospitality operations. - Demonstrated success in managing full P&L at scale of minimum ₹500 Cr and leading PAN Indian business - Strong people leadership skills with experience managing large field and store-level teams. - Proven track record in scaling operations, driving profitability, and executing expansion strategies. - Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability in high-growth and turnaround environments. - MBA/Tier-1 education preferred, but not mandatory for highly accomplished leaders.
