Roles and Responsibilites

“Delivering Successful Franchise Partnerships through Profitable Growth” To act as the key business interface / account lead with our Partnerships, owning the relationships with all key stakeholders across the Emerging Markets business, to: • Drive the growth agenda with each Partner ensuring they have the right proposition to meet customer needs • Drive OI growth • Identify new opportunities with the existing partners across all propositions building a healthy NSO store pipeline. Managing all processes of the new store opening process with partners from acquisition to opening • Agree, own and manage a joint business plan to drive and deliver Partner KPIs. • Support and prepare tenders or new business proposals that deliver new channels and opportunities. • Ensure Partners have the right training, support & tools to deliver key measures (including Food Safety, H&S and brand checks). • Ensure the protection & enhancement of our Brand, managing the remedial process. • Support the wider Emerging Markets team and global team to deliver innovation and structured processes • Demonstrate clear leadership to direct reports through support, coaching and development

Skills and qualifications

Essential: • Property knowledge and expertise- understanding of acquisition and full property process- design construction • Knowledge of the Coffee market and broader commercial / industry awareness • Operational detail and can apply/influence frontline actions to positively affect business performance • Strong financial and commercial acumen – P&Ls • Ability to analyse extensive data (financial, statistical or clerical) and translate into action • Experience of working within a multi-customer sector business where complex and varied working practices and structures exist • Experience of working with a third party / external partner. Desirable: • Proven in a senior retail operations or Property Business Development role with multi-site experience and P&L accountability • Multinational or multi-partner brand experience in F&B or Retail business • A mix of experience in both managed and franchised businesses
