About the Company
Roles and Responsibilites
- Drive direct revenue growth and establish the company’s brand presence, focusing on B2B
client acquisition and relationship management.
- Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and online platforms;
identify and pursue major business opportunities with corporates, co-working spaces,
developers, and architects.
- Present tailored commercial interior solutions to decision-makers, addressing workspace
planning, turnkey execution, and design-build requirements.
- End-to-end management of high-value sales cycles: consult with clients, conduct site visits,
develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful closing and onboarding.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and identify emerging trends in
commercial real estate and interiors sector.
- Collaborate with internal design, project, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client
objectives within time and budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and progress reports using
CRM and analytics tools.
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings, expanding the business network
and enhancing corporate visibility
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related field (MBA
preferred).
- 5–10 years of successful sales/business development experience in commercial interiors,
workspace solutions, or commercial real estate.
- Deep understanding of tier 1 city market dynamics, trends, and the key players involved
in commercial property.

- Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently to deliver results in a competitive and
fast-paced environment
