The company also operates as a (CDMO) for both domestic and international markets, including Europe and Australia, while expanding its reach in Asia and the GCC.

1. Lead and manage QA, QC, and RA departments to ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements, GMP, and company policies. 2. Establish and maintain quality systems in compliance with national and international regulatory authorities. 3. Oversee audits (regulatory, customer, internal) and ensure effective CAPA implementation. 4. Provide strategic direction for regulatory submissions and product approvals. 5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality culture across the organization. 6. Ensure alignment of manufacturing and quality operations with international MNC benchmarks. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure consistent quality outcomes. 8. Mentor and guide senior managers within QA, QC, and RA for capability building. 9. Represent the organization during regulatory inspections and external audits. 10. Report regularly to top management on quality metrics, risks, and compliance status.

1. Senior professional, preferably 22+ years or above experience in heading Quality functions for pharma. 2. Must have a strong pharmaceutical background. 3. OSD formulations experience in regulated and semi-regulated markets.
