Indian pharmaceutical company established for 50+ years that specializes in manufacturing a wide range of pharmaceutical formulations. With WHO-GMP and EU-GMP certified manufacturing facilities and a strong domestic distribution network, the company focuses on therapeutic areas like pain management, anti-infectives, and dermatological care. The company also operates as a (CDMO) for both domestic and international markets, including Europe and Australia, while expanding its reach in Asia and the GCC.

Roles and Responsibilites

1. Project Management & Execution 2. Lead end-to-end management of strategic projects cutting across multiple functions. 3. Define project charters, scope, deliverables, timelines, and governance structures. 4. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration 6. Work closely with functional heads to ensure alignment of departmental efforts with project objectives. 7. Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution between departments. 8. Drive accountability through structured review mechanisms. 9. Strategic Alignment & Execution 10. Translate MD’s vision into executable plans with clear milestones. 11. Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timely completion. 12. Recommend corrective actions and process improvements. 13. Performance Tracking & Reporting 14. Develop dashboards, trackers, and presentations for the MD and board-level reviews. 15. Provide monthly/quarterly updates on key initiatives. 16. Ensure project outcomes are measurable and linked to organizational goals. 17. Change Management & Communication 18. Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and policies across the organization. 19. Ensure transparent communication and stakeholder buy-in for strategic initiatives. 20. Champion a culture of collaboration, agility, and results orientation. 21. Drive critical projects to completion within timelines through coordination with all stakeholders 22. Able to independently own projects successfully with minimal interventions 23. To develop analytics and problem-solving tools 24. Strategically prioritize short-term, medium-term and long-term objectives 25. Mobilize resources for organizational objectives 26. Key role for navigating company's 5 years ambition and vision 27. Break silos and bring stakeholders up to date for completion 28. Prepare progress reports with flags for MD 29. Ability to anticipate and plan 30. Quick thinking and decision making to ensure the company stays on course

Skills and qualifications

1. Strong project and program management expertise. 2. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to drive alignment in a matrix organization. 4. Strategic thinking with execution discipline. 5. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry dynamics (compliance, GMP, audits, product lifecycle). 6. Knowledge of finance would be preferred.
