Develop and implement a compelling brand strategy that reflects company's mission and values. Oversee brand identity, positioning, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints. Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, experiential) to drive awareness, engagement, and partnerships. Collaborate with product, events, and community teams to ensure cohesive storytelling. Build and manage media relations, securing coverage in top-tier outlets and relevant industry publications. Act as spokesperson and key point of contact for media inquiries. Develop press releases, thought leadership content, and media kits. Manage crisis communications and reputation strategies. Oversee social media strategy and content direction to engage diverse audiences. Leverage influencer and partner collaborations to amplify brand reach. Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns based on insights. Lead and mentor a growing marketing & communications team. Manage budgets, timelines, and external agency/partner relationships. Report on KPIs and campaign performance to leadership.

8–12 years of domestic and international experience in brand marketing, PR, or communications, ideally in F&V. Proven track record in building and scaling brand presence. Strong network of media and influencer contacts. Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills. Experience managing teams and external partners. Passion for sustainability, urban farming, and community-driven initiatives.
