1. Lead a team in preparing and delivering accurate, timely MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for senior management and cross-functional teams.
2. Demonstrate deep understanding of Business and ability to work on financial projections considering various factors.
3. Review and validate financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.
4. Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts, and present insights with recommendations to business stakeholders.
5. Partner with Sales, Operations, and other business units to provide financial support, influence strategy, and track KPIs.
6. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and dashboarding.
7. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
8. Manage team workloads, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and mentor team members.
9. Present financial insights and trends in business review meetings.

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Accounting Principles (GAAP/IFRS), Cash Flow Preparation, Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Power BI), Well versed with SAP, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Effective Communication and Presentation Skills, Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management.
2. Experience in revenue line, revenue growth analysis, ROI, IRR, cost analysis, product pricing value chain, contribution margin, calculating ratios, MIS reporting, understanding of balance sheet, P&L, pricing value chain, taxation, revenue recognition, plant costing, supply chain finance etc. etc.
3. Basic knowledge and understanding of the value chain of an FMCG / manufacturing company and have hands on understanding on Financial Statement
4. As a team lead they are expected to have an holistic understanding to drive conversations
5. Strong Communication Skills
6. Open for travelling
