Roles and Responsibilites
Lead digital marketing strategy across performance, social, content, and influencer marketing to drive brand visibility and conversions.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to strengthen brand equity.
Manage partnerships with e-commerce platforms and digital agencies, optimizing ROI on spends and improving customer acquisition metrics.
Drive consumer insights, analytics, and market research to influence content, campaigns, and positioning.
Collaborate with global/regional teams to adapt and implement brand guidelines and digital-first initiatives for the India market.
Plan and track budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across digital, retail, and experiential activations.
Mentor and lead a small team to deliver on business and brand objectives.
Skills and qualifications
5–10 years of experience in digital and brand marketing, ideally in consumer tech, electronics, or lifestyle categories.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, influencer collaborations, content strategy, and e-commerce marketing.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working on campaign ROI, digital dashboards, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
