Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee operations of plant greenhouses and non-plant storage spaces across India. Implement inventory tracking systems for live stock (plants), planters, hardscape materials, and consumables. Maintain real-time visibility of stock levels, plant health, and movement. Logistics Planning & Execution Design and manage first-mile (supplier to greenhouse), middle-mile (inter-warehouse), and last-mile (to project/client site) logistics. Optimize routing and coordination for timely and damage-free plant delivery. Build a network of reliable transport partners for short-haul and long-haul movements. Procurement Coordination Work closely with Procurement to align sourcing timelines with project schedules. Support vendor evaluation for plants, planters, and other products from supply chain perspective (TATs, quality, cost, capacity). Process & Technology Implementation Standardize warehouse and logistics SOPs across cities. Drive tech adoption for inventory, order fulfilment, and delivery tracking. Create and enforce material receiving and dispatch protocols. Team & Vendor Management Build and lead city-wise warehouse and logistics teams. Onboard and manage vendors for transport, packaging, warehousing, etc. Train and upskill field logistics and warehouse teams. Cost & Performance Optimization Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain. Implement metrics-driven decision-making to reduce wastage and delays. Regularly audit performance and quality across warehouses and routes.

10–15 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in horticulture/Agri-supply, perishable goods, e-commerce, or FMCG. Experience managing multi-location warehousing and inter-city logistics. Strong analytical and tech-driven mindset (WMS, routing software, ERP). Comfort in managing live inventory (plants), with sensitivity to fragility and time-sensitive handling. Excellent team management and cross-functional coordination skills.
