About the Company

Roles and Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and ensure timely, accurate completion of monthly financial statements and reports in line with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
-Coordinate with external auditors, drive audit completion, and resolve audit observations promptly.
-Oversee internal audits, address queries, and implement corrective actions to strengthen internal controls.
-Supervise accurate and timely filing of TDS, GST, and Income Tax returns.
-Manage Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance as per regulatory standards.
-Manage day-to-day banking activities, including cash flow, fund transfers, and coordination with banking partners.
-Review periodic deliverables of the finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
-Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities within finance workflows.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure financial compliance and smooth business operations
Skills and qualifications
Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) with [3–7 years] of post-qualification experience.
Strong exposure to controllership, audits, tax compliance, and reporting.
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
