• Define and execute the enterprise IT and digital strategy aligned with business goals. • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across omnichannel retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and customer engagement. • Oversee enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity to ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance. • Build and execute a modern data strategy covering analytics, AI/ML, predictive insights, and data governance. • Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and large technology programs using Agile and DevOps methodologies. • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process automation, customer personalization, and operational efficiency. • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within technology teams. • Ensure cost-efficient IT governance, ROI-driven investments, and robust service delivery.

• 15–20 years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior strategic roles • Expertise in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance • Strong track record in cloud transformation (AWS / Azure / Hybrid) • Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, SCM, POS, and omnichannel systems • Proficient in data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI / ML solutions • Skilled in cybersecurity, risk, and compliance management • Experienced in vendor and program management using Agile / DevOps methodologies • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management across retail functions • Educational background in engineering / IT / computer science; MBA preferred • Certified or knowledgeable in Cloud, Cybersecurity, ITIL, or TOGAF
