Roles and Responsibilites

1.Act as an extension of the Office of the President: Support key priorities, prepare for high-impact engagements, and, when required, represent the office to ensure progress on decisions and initiatives. 2.Lead strategic projects: Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that shape the business agenda for India and Southwest Asia. 3.Champion AI and digital transformation: Collaborate with functional and digital teams to identify opportunities for AI-led insights, automation, and productivity enhancement — turning emerging technologies into scalable business solutions. 4.Enable collaboration and alignment: Bridge teams, functions, and markets to drive clarity, cohesion, and executional speed. 5.Craft compelling narratives: Develop clear, persuasive communication for diverse audiences — from leadership and partners to internal stakeholders. 6.Anticipate and solve proactively: Identify potential challenges early, close gaps, and design solutions that foster effective decision-making and operational excellence. 7.Serve as a trusted advisor: Partner closely with the leadership team as a strategic thought partner and reliable sounding board.
