About the Company

Our client is a Fortune 500 company with an established and growing presence in India. As a part of their growth journey, they are looking to hire a global leader in HR Tech based out of their Bangalore centre. This is an exciting opportunity to redefine HR service delivery through the integration of Agentic AI, automation, and human-centric design. The role combines strategic thinking, innovation, and operational excellence to elevate employee experience, improve efficiency, and shape the future of HR Operations.

Roles and Responsibilites

• Define and Drive Strategy: Articulate the long-term vision for AI-led HR service delivery, aligning with the broader People Experience and enterprise goals. • Agentic AI Leadership: Design and deploy agentic and generative AI solutions that autonomously handle employee queries, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity across HR functions. • Service Delivery Transformation: Evolve the global tiered service model to enhance scalability, responsiveness, and self-service adoption. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Technology, and COE leaders to shape the AI and process roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory frameworks. • Change Enablement: Drive adoption through strong change management, training, and communication programs that ensure seamless AI integration within HR operations. • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics to evaluate AI system performance, measure impact, and identify new opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Skills and qualifications

Atleast 18 years experience working with a global organization in a leadership role managing global teams and stakeholders is a must. • Deep understanding of HR service delivery models, process design, and employee experience with hands-on familiarity with HR tech platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors. • Proven experience with AI technologies — NLP, ML, automation, and especially agentic AI applications in HR or enterprise service environments. • Strong grasp of data analytics and insights to guide transformation and measure success. • Demonstrated ability to build business cases, influence senior stakeholders, and manage large-scale change.
