Our client is a fast-growing, early-stage logistics startup rapidly scaling its operations and establishing a strong presence in its domain.
Roles and Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business finance strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee financial operations, automation, and cash flow management for accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead accounting functions, ensuring compliance, reconciliations, and strong internal controls.
- Handle receivables and credit management to maintain healthy cash flows.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring statutory and audit compliance.
- Support leadership in fundraising, investor relations, and data-driven business decision-making.
Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate comes with:
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce industries with experience in setting up and streamlining finance processes.
- Strong understanding of business finance, accounting, receivables, and compliance.
- Experience in fundraising support and investor communication is an advantage.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage both strategic and operational aspects.
- Experience in Team management & Finance Process automation required.
- Location: Pune/Gurgaon
