Roles and Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality and safety frameworks across processing units and new technologies.
Monitor product quality, compliance, and safety performance across plants and markets.
Lead audits, training, and capability-building for plant and supplier teams.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support new product and process development with built-in quality and safety systems.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain high production and sustainability standards.
Skills and qualifications
12+ years of experience in Quality, Food Safety, or Manufacturing Operations within FMCG or F&B.
Strong understanding of food processing, safety systems, and compliance management.
Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and leadership ability with hands-on operational exposure.
