With WHO-GMP and EU-GMP certified manufacturing facilities and a strong domestic distribution network, the company focuses on therapeutic areas like pain management, anti-infectives, and dermatological care. The company also operates as a (CDMO) for both domestic and international markets, including Europe and Australia, while expanding its reach in Asia and the GCC.
Roles and Responsibilites
The person would be heading the sales and marketing role for a division focused on the Derma and Nutraceuticals. The role involves driving the division with accelerated growth through effective launch of innovative brands, identifying new business opportunities, maximizing marketing levers and sales machinery, developing top KOLs for the division.
This is a P & L head position and requires a person to deliver top line as well as profit objectives. The role allows lots of opportunities for taking decisions to drive the results and also to work on unique brands that are available and planned in the future.
Skills and qualifications
Ideal Profile:
1)    Experience of working in a reputed organization in Dermatology therapy for minimum 5 years
2)    15 years or more in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
3)    Either national sales position with a stint in marketing or marketing head with experience in sales manager role
4)    Proven track record of creating successful brands
5)    Experience in driving P & L for a division or a brand
6)    Successful track record
7)    Demonstrated leadership abilities
8)    Connect with leading KOLs in the field of Dermatology
9)    Result oriented
10)   Ability to think independently and innovate
11)    MBA from a reputed institute
12)    Currently heading sales and marketing for a division
13)    Consistency / stability in previous organizations
14)    Track record of successfully establishing a business unit
15)    10+ years of people management experience
