Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Compliance - Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax. - Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable laws and standards. - Coordinate statutory and internal audits; ensure audit readiness and timely closure of observations. - Collaborate with the Company Secretary to manage RoC filings and ensure adherence to corporate governance norms. 2. Treasury & Cash Flow Management - Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flows ensuring liquidity and optimal working capital utilization. - Maintain strong relationships with banks for credit lines, LCs, and BGs; oversee treasury documentation and compliance. 3. Accounts Operations - Supervise end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Receivable. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, reconciliations, and monthly closings. - Strengthen internal controls and automate key finance processes for efficiency. 4. Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. - Drive financial discipline, compliance culture, and process excellence across the function.

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience. 2. Prior experience in consumer goods, retail, beauty, or lifestyle industries preferred. 3. Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, financial modeling, and reporting tools. 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 5. Strong communication and leadership abilities with a proactive and compliance-focused mindset.
