The City Head – Hyderabad is a senior leader responsible for driving operational excellence and end-to-end project delivery within the city. The role demands a structured, proactive leader who can manage complex, fast-paced environments with precision.

This position acts as the city’s delivery anchor, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client quality standards, while actively overseeing planning, resource allocation, progress reviews, and team development.

Project Leadership and Delivery Excellence

Oversee multiple city projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable delivery.

Drive discipline, consistency, and seamless coordination across all project functions.

Conduct performance reviews and audits to identify risks early and ensure corrective action.

Maintain predictability, speed, and precision throughout execution.

Planning, Scheduling, and Operational Control

Implement structured delivery strategies aligned with business goals.

Validate and monitor detailed project schedules while enforcing use of project management tools.

Lead regular reviews to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Forecast resource requirements and maintain real-time visibility through dashboards and reporting.

Continuously enhance planning and monitoring frameworks to ensure proactive, data-driven delivery.

1.10–15 years of experience in project management or operations within real estate, construction, or related sectors.

2.Proven success in managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

3.Strong planning and scheduling expertise with proficiency in PM tools.

4.Demonstrated capability to scale operations and enhance delivery performance.

5.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

6.Experience working with enterprise clients and large delivery ecosystems preferred.
