- Minimum of 15 years of experience in core technology domains, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity. - Proven track record of leading organizations through significant growth phases, ideally within a 10x to 100x scale journey. - Demonstrated expertise in scaling technology teams, systems, and processes in fast-paced environments. - Strong strategic thinking with meticulous planning, documentation, and execution skills. - Ability to influence and build consensus with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
