We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a tech-enabled fulfilment and logistics platform powering the next wave of India’s D2C and e-commerce brands. This role involves working closely with the founder and engineering teams to build scalable, API-led products that power fulfilment, aggregation, and warehouse management at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, product intuition, and the ability to drive adoption across teams and customers.

Define and Drive Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals, focusing on innovative logistics solutions and user-centric features. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs. Work with Leadership to Drive Innovation: Partner with engineering teams and founders to foster product innovation, ensuring solutions are scalable, forward-thinking, and aligned with business objectives. Market and Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and data to inform product development and prioritize features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Promote Product Adoption: Act as an advocate for product adoption internally and externally, driving awareness, engagement, and seamless integration across channels. Prioritize and Manage Product Backlog: Ownership of product backlog, ensuring features and improvements are prioritized effectively to maximize impact and deliver value quickly. Monitor Product Performance: Track key metrics, evaluate product performance post-launch, and iteratively optimize features to improve user engagement and business outcomes.

8–12 years of product management experience, with exposure to scaling B2B or SaaS platforms. Deep understanding of technology and engineering, capable of partnering closely with technical teams. Experience in aggregation, warehouse management, or logistics tech environments. Proven track record in building and scaling API-first products that enable automation and seamless integrations. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment on product strategy and adoption. Experience building intuitive products for SMEs/SMBs that deliver measurable business outcomes. Exposure to or implementation of AI/ML-led solutions to improve decisioning, forecasting, or operational efficiency. Strong execution ownership — balancing business impact, usability, and technical scalability.
