Roles and Responsibilites
Build and execute growth roadmaps across acquisition, retention, and category expansion
Lead the online business P&L, optimizing performance marketing, CRM, and customer funnels for scalable unit economics.
Strengthen presence across digital marketplaces and offline partnerships to diversify revenue streams.
Enhance brand visibility through data-backed marketing initiatives and full-funnel communication strategies.
Collaborate with product, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution and operational efficiency.
Skills and qualifications
12–18 years of experience in growth, marketing, or commercial leadership roles (consumer/D2C preferred).
Hands-on experience managing online business and performance channels.
Strong analytical skills with experience in customer lifecycle metrics.
Exposure to high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Ability to influence stakeholders, mentor teams, and build scalable processes.
