Roles and Responsibilites
- Build and execute the revenue strategy in alignment with AI platform priorities and growth goals.
- Scale the revenue engine across enterprise and mid-market customer segments - from hunting to customer expansion motions.
- Own and deliver ARR targets with predictable and capital-efficient growth.
- Shape and influence cross-functional GTM with Sales, Customer Success and Delivery.
- Drive strategic partnerships that accelerate AI adoption at scale and open new revenue channels.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in leadership roles within high-growth tech environments (preferably AI, SaaS, MarTech, or digital platforms)
- Proven success in exceeding revenue targets, building and scaling high-performing teams, and expanding market share
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Ability to establish and grow CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients and key partners
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams to align on business objectives
- Top-tier academic background (from premier Indian or global institutions) is an advantage
