Roles and Responsibilites

Serve as a strategic thought partner to the founders, providing data-driven insights to support high-impact decision-making. Work closely with leadership to shape and execute the company’s strategic roadmap and long-term business goals. Drive cross-functional projects spanning strategy, operations, and business enablement to ensure smooth execution. Lead data analytics, MIS, and performance tracking initiatives to inform leadership decisions and monitor KPIs. Identify and solve organisational bottlenecks, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance leadership decision cadence. Support fundraising, investor relations, and business reviews through data-driven presentations and reports. Build and manage governance frameworks, OKRs, and performance dashboards to ensure accountability and alignment. Partner with internal teams on special projects, business expansion, and operational excellence initiatives. Contribute to organisation design, hiring strategy, and culture-building programs to strengthen internal capabilities.

Skills and qualifications

3–8 years of total experience in strategy, consulting, or founder’s office roles within high-growth startups or technology-driven organisations. Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or strategy teams within fast-scaling businesses preferred. MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIM, ISB, IIT, or equivalent). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in data analytics, MIS management, and strategic project execution. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with a high degree of ownership. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in business analysis and MS Office tools.
