Roles and Responsibilites
- Drive the company’s inorganic growth strategy through end-to-end M&A execution, from opportunity identification and valuation to due diligence and integration.
- Partner closely with the founders to evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, and joint ventures aligned with long-term growth priorities.
- Build detailed financial and strategic models to assess potential targets, synergies, and ROI.
- Lead due diligence processes in collaboration with legal, finance, and product teams, ensuring data integrity and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong market intelligence framework to track competitors, emerging technologies, and deal activity in the SaaS ecosystem.
- Support key fundraising and investor engagement initiatives, crafting strategic narratives and insights for board and investor discussions.
- Drive cross-functional strategic projects with the leadership team across market expansion, pricing strategy, and business performance optimization.
Skills and qualifications
- 3 - 8 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
- MBA from a top-tier international business school strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of deal structuring, valuation, and post-merger integration.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with proven experience working with senior leadership and investors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-evolving environments.
