Roles and Responsibilites

PAN India Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand our client's AV presence across

India.

  • Identify, prospect, and convert opportunities with corporate clients, workspace

consultants, real-estate developers, and project management firms.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across regions—managing the full sales

cycle from lead generation to closure.

  • Achieve ambitious national revenue targets through consultative selling and valuebased positioning.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the primary face of our client's AV Solutions for clients nationwide—driving

trust, credibility, and repeat business.

  • Understand client pain points, budgets, and operational goals to tailor AV solutions

that deliver measurable impact.

  • Conduct client presentations, technical demos, and commercial negotiations

independently.

  • Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and

industry influencers.

Market Strategy & Intelligence

  • Continuously map market trends, regional demands, competitor activities, and

emerging technologies.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Business Head and

leadership team to refine growth strategy.

  • Identify regional channel partners, consultants, and OEMs for potential

collaborations or alliances.

  • Represent our client at AV and technology industry forums, conferences, and networking

events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver

proposals and solutions that align with client expectations.

  • Collaborate with marketing to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads

across regions.

  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution with complete clarity on client

requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Agile Operator: Comfortable managing multiple opportunities, priorities, and client

engagements simultaneously.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related

field. MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the AV Solutions,

Technology Integration, or Workspace Solutions industry.

  • Proven track record of independently managing national or multi-regional markets.
  • Deep understanding of AV systems, integration technologies, and project lifecycles.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
