Roles and Responsibilites
PAN India Business Growth
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand our client's AV presence across
India.
- Identify, prospect, and convert opportunities with corporate clients, workspace
consultants, real-estate developers, and project management firms.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across regions—managing the full sales
cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve ambitious national revenue targets through consultative selling and valuebased positioning.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary face of our client's AV Solutions for clients nationwide—driving
trust, credibility, and repeat business.
- Understand client pain points, budgets, and operational goals to tailor AV solutions
that deliver measurable impact.
- Conduct client presentations, technical demos, and commercial negotiations
independently.
- Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and
industry influencers.
Market Strategy & Intelligence
- Continuously map market trends, regional demands, competitor activities, and
emerging technologies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Business Head and
leadership team to refine growth strategy.
- Identify regional channel partners, consultants, and OEMs for potential
collaborations or alliances.
- Represent our client at AV and technology industry forums, conferences, and networking
events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver
proposals and solutions that align with client expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads
across regions.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution with complete clarity on client
requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related
field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the AV Solutions,
Technology Integration, or Workspace Solutions industry.
- Proven track record of independently managing national or multi-regional markets.
- Deep understanding of AV systems, integration technologies, and project lifecycles.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
