Roles and Responsibilites
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the overall marketing vision, strategy, and annual operating plan aligned with business and revenue goals.
Build and scale a high-performing marketing organization, including demand gen, product marketing, content, growth, and brand.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on growth, positioning, and GTM decisions.
- Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
Own pipeline creation, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and revenue attribution in partnership with Sales.
Design and optimize full-funnel demand generation across inbound, outbound support, ABM, paid media, content, events, and partnerships.
Establish performance marketing discipline with clear CAC, LTV, ROI, and payback metrics.
- Product Marketing & GTM Enablement
Lead product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across personas and segments.
Own GTM launches for new products, features, and pricing/packaging changes.
Build strong sales enablement: playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
- Brand, Content & Thought Leadership
Build a distinct, credible SaaS brand across digital, PR, social, analyst relations, and industry platforms.
Drive content strategy across blogs, whitepapers, webinars, customer stories, and thought leadership.
Ensure consistent brand voice and narrative across all touchpoints.
Skills and qualifications
End-to-end SaaS marketing leadership – ability to own strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and customer lifecycle.
Revenue and pipeline ownership – strong experience driving MQL, SQL, pipeline, ARR, CAC, LTV, and ROI in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
Strategic GTM & positioning – proven capability in defining positioning, ICPs, personas, and differentiated value propositions.
Full-funnel demand generation – expertise across inbound, outbound support, ABM, content, paid media, partnerships, and events.
Product marketing excellence – strong experience in product launches, pricing & packaging, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.
