• Act as a strategic finance partner to theCFO and senior leadership on business planning, growth initiatives, and margin improvement
• Own end-to-end business finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS for multiple business lines
• Drive financial governance, internal controls, and compliance aligned with listed entity requirements
• Lead quarterly and annual financial planning cycles, including long-range business plans
• Support board-level reporting, audit committees, and interactions with statutory auditors

• CA/MBA
• 12+ years of overall experience in finance leadership roles
• Mandatory experience in a listed company environment
• Strong exposure to FP&A, business finance, and senior stakeholder management
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
