Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the controllership, accounting, and compliance functions across entities. Own the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely vendor payments, collections, and reconciliations. Drive month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines. Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring alignment with regulatory and accounting standards (IND-AS, Companies Act, etc.). Oversee Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, etc.), coordinating with internal teams and consultants to ensure timely filings and compliance. Strengthen and automate finance processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for statutory and compliance matters. Ensure timely and accurate MIS and financial statements for leadership and board review. Partner cross-functionally with business, legal, and operations teams to support commercial decision-making and risk mitigation. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance operations team.

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience. Proven experience in controllership, accounting, audits, and compliance. Exposure to listed company environments is a must. Prior experience in e-commerce or new-age consumer tech organizations preferred. Hands-on operator with strong attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset. Ability to thrive in a scaling, fast-moving environment while maintaining financial discipline.
