• Lead the end-to-end finance controllership function, covering accounting operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and internal controls across India and international entities.
• Oversee accounting in line with India GAAP and Singapore GAAP, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.
• Design, document, and strengthen accounting processes, SOPs, and internal control frameworks to support scale and governance.
• Manage taxation and regulatory compliance, including GST, income tax, statutory filings, and coordination with advisors and authorities.
• Lead preparation of financial statements, MIS, and board-level reports, providing clear insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee statutory, internal, and external audits, while managing relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulators to ensure timely closure.
• Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely processing and statutory compliance.
• Drive technology enablement and automation across finance and payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, integrity, and continuous improvement.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of experience across controllership, accounting, and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of India and Singapore GAAP, with expertise in Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
• Big 4 audit experience preferred, with proven ability to manage audits and work effectively with auditors, consultants, and regulators.
• Startup experience preferred, particularly in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Demonstrated capability to build, manage, and scale finance teams while driving automation and technology adoption across finance processes.
