About the Company

A fast-growing, early-stage consumer tech startup backed by marquee global and Indian investors. We are building category-defining products that shape consumer behavior at scale. With rapid traction and an ambitious roadmap ahead, we are expanding our Founders’ Office to accelerate strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution.

Roles and Responsibilites

Work closely with the founders to drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across growth, product, business operations, and fundraising. Lead analytical deep-dives and problem-solving projects—ranging from market assessments and customer insights to funnel optimization and new business opportunities. Manage cross-functional execution on key company priorities, ensuring alignment, speed, and accountability across teams. Support fundraising efforts through preparation of investor materials, data rooms, operating models, and business narratives. Build robust dashboards, frameworks, and processes to improve decision-making and business performance. -Drive special projects such as new market launches, GTM strategy, cost optimization, and org design. Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders, providing insights, research, and assessments on competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.

Skills and qualifications

2–5 years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, strategy/ops roles, or VC/PE. Pre-MBA candidate with a Tier 1 academic background (IIT/NIT/BITS/SRCC/Stephens/IIM pre-MBA tracks). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to break down ambiguity into structured execution. Hands-on operator with a bias for action and comfort working in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments. High executive maturity with the ability to work closely with founders, leadership teams, and external stakeholders. Strong proficiency in building models, frameworks, and analytical outputs for decision-making.
