Roles and Responsibilites
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the product team to strategize and implement new features and improvements
Team Building and Growth: Mentor and support engineers, helping them advance in their careers
Operational Management: Ensure systems are stable, reliable, and efficient. Establish and promote best practices for code quality, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), performance enhancements, and incident management
Collaboration Across Teams: Engage with business, operations, and product teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals
Skills and qualifications
More than 8 years of experience in engineering leadership, with a strong background in developing and scaling tech teams
A Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 Engineering college
Experience in high-growth startups, ideally within the B2C domain
Proven leadership experience having managed at least 10 team members
Ability to combine strategic insight with hands-on problem-solving skills to ensure efficient progress.
